Lower back pain?

Our pelvises have many muscles attached to them, pulling on them all the time. If those muscles are too tight, they upset the careful balance in our hips. Gentle stretches of the legs – quads, hamstrings, inner- and outer thighs, can help.
It’s also very important to have a strong core to help support our back, so be sure to do gentle ab exercises every day!
